About the land
The location of our land is on the border of Didim Akbuk and Bozbuk Milas. The acreage of 36.000 m² has a tourisitic building permission. The distance to Milas airport is 50 km. Only a short walk by foot seperates you from the beach Incekum and two holiday complexes, Clup La Costa and Lalekent. The most becautiful characteristic of our land is that all fronts have a view of the sea.
About Bozbük
Bozbük is a small village that is attached to Mugla, Milas. The sweet peninsula is located directly between the Akbuk cove and Kazikli cove. Bozbuk owns a history of 250 years and that makes it to a popular touristic are. However, this characteristic does not provide the village any income.
The coves and beaches that give the village it's name are without a doubt a wonder of nature and a piece of heaven. The village has amazing coves, clear and clean shores like no other in it's area. Therefore, it's on the top of our must see list.
