About the land
Our land is located between the altinkum beach and central didim. The location makes it possible to easily access everything you might need. The beach, shopping points, health centers, parks, government buildings and many more important places will only be a short walk away. The acreage of the land is 600 m². It owns a housing building permit of 3,5 floors.
Altinkum
Didim owns 90 km of glass clear beaches and a dozen of sand filled coves. Altinkum was awarded with the blue flag by the Turkish Environmental Education Foundation TURKCEV and owns the most beautiful beaches in Turkey. The coastal road ist the the spot for entertainment and socializing with a lot of cafes, bars, pubs and clubs. There are also many options for people interested in boat tours or private yacht tours.
History
Didim was named Yeronda during the period of the Ottoman Empire and became a town in 1991. After the earthquake in 1995 the name was changed to Didim (origin: Didymaion).
With the population of 86.688 (source 2019), our town turned into a popular vacation address in the past few years. Didims acreage of 402 km' hosts around 2 million turists during the summer months.
Some of the historical sightseeing stops are the Temple of Apollo, the ancient city Milet, the ancient city Priene, the Holy Way, the Bafa Lake and the Monastery Cove.

The distance to the county Aydin is 98 km, to Kusadasi 70 km, to central Bodrum 90 km, to the Bodrum airport 110 km and to the Izmir airport 142 km.

The Turkish Accreditation Institute verified that the clean air in Didim has a positive effect on people with lung illnesses.
